And how would I do on a quiz about the Constitution?

I'd ace it--of course!

And how would YOU do?

And while we're at it:

  1. For someone who says they don’t have time to answer questions on the internet, you sure so spend a lot of time answering questions on the internet. Care to come up with an answer for why the Supreme Court never questioned whether or not Miller was enlisted in the National Guard?

  2. Since it is a known fact that lawyers are liars, scoundrels, cheats, unscrupulous, dishonest douches, it is likely that those characteristics and lack of values exposed themselves in the quiz taking process by looking up the correct answers on the internet, question, by question by question.

    1. Ah, Orlon, you fluff for brains - and synthetic fluff at that, not even natural fuzz - the difference between Laci and you is that he doesn't need to look up answers.

He knows them, can discuss them, and has the depth of knowledge to understand them better than you do. I suspect he also takes tests better and faster than you do.

Your problem is you tend to gauge other people by your own limited capacities.

    2. He can't seem to answer my question. How about you give it a shot?

    3. Dog Gone, you claim that, but there's no way to test that claim, and I'm not going to take your statement on faith.

  3. Are you doing this just to keep yourself busy, or is there a point you're trying to make?

    1. The point is that by any independent metric, most of you guys are both wrong, and comparatively ignorant.

    2. Actually, no. The method of testing has to be both independent and relevant. One of those quizzes asked what percentage of Americans supported a handgun ban in 1960 or thereabouts. I didn't know the precise number, but I knew it close enough to see which of the multipe answers was the right one. But that particular piece of information is mere trivia.

What is more, since none of us have any practical way to verify the scores of the others or that the quiz was done honestly, this exercise is nothing more than schoolyard chest thumping, and I have better things to do.

  4. WOW! I go away for the better part of a week, and when I return, I find that Laci is STILL so bent out of shape after his total meltdown that he's spent that time posting videos about using MLRS to wipe out 1km square areas and posting the results of Facebook quizzes that show what a wonderful lawyer he is!

Laci, you would do better to point at your Law Degree and any advanced degrees than a bunch of silly Facebook quizzes. Being good at answering highly simplified questions on such quizzes in no way shows that you are more intelligent than we are. Frankly, looking at how many of these you posted, and how you brag about how well you did on them is just pitiful.
