Biden Mocking the Black Helicopter Crowd

Michelle Malkin Blog

“Kinda scary man, the black helicopter crowd is really upset,” Biden said, criticizing the National Rifle Association for promoting a “misinformation campaign” on background checks.

Biden insisted that there would be no central registry for background checks allowing government to keep records on gun owners.

I suppose Michelle is posting this in some attempt to discredit the Vice President.  I don't see it, myself.  In this one he seems to be right on the mark.

What do you think?  Please leave a comment.

  1. Oh yeah! He's right on the mark! That's why the ACLU supports it and agrees that the current proposal has no chance of violating anyone's privacy.

Also, I have to say, whenever someone in government starts making fun of people by referring to "black helicopters," I start getting nervous. These are the folks that have paid millions of dollars to have helicopters flying all over looking for drugs or whatever they want; who are now paying millions more for fleets of drones to fly all over the country; who have used drones to extrajudicially execute Americans abroad, claimed authority to do it here, and told Congress that they were confusing judicial process with due process, claiming that due process could include the internal deliberations of the executive branch.

When someone with that record makes fun of the notion of black helicopters, it sounds like a Nazi saying something about the "cattle car crowd." No, not to the same degree yet, but in the same vein.

  2. Biden's a clown, and after those remarks, he's likely to get a serious talking to from the people who run him. After all, he's giving away the plan.

Mikeb, the question that I consistently have for you is why do you trust the government so much? What kind of hippie are you?
